The first-ever Bluetooth connected model in the Master of G Series was recently unveiled by Casio in Baselworld 2017. The model is available now and was originally developed for aviation experts. It features connected GPS capabilities such as Mission Stamp, a function that records time and location via Bluetooth. The data is transmitted to a G-SHOCK mobile app that features a flight log.

The GPW2000-1A also contains a longitude and latitude indicator, which records travel location and a history of pilot missions. It uses a 3-Way Time Sync through the GPS/Multi-Band 6 timekeeping feature and can also sync with internet-based timeservers via automatic smartphone connectivity. With its Bluetooth capability, users will be able to link the watch to the G-Shock connected smartphone app for automatic time adjustment and global updates.
