Field Testing Longines Skin Diver and Legend Diver Watches

The Longines first two dive watches, the Skin Diver 1959 and Legend Diver circa early 1960s were among the first watches in Longines’ line to be developed for scuba diving. At the time, they were capable modern Longines diver watches that had features such as automatic mechanical movements, bright lume, 300m water resistance, corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, and more. Beig tested in the East End of Grand Cayman in the West Caribbean, they provided the advancements that have been made in mechanical diving watches since the mid-20th century.
