Man’s Rolex Watch Purchased in 1974 Valued at $400,000

A Rolex watch purchased in 1974 for $345.97 is now valued at an antiques show to be $400,000. After hearing about this estimate, the man’s reaction was priceless. The appraiser also added that due to the pristine condition of the watch, its value can be projected higher between $500,000 and $700,000. The watch was featured on the PBS series “Antiques Roadshow”, being listed as the Rolex Oyster Cosmograph Reference No. 6263.
