Casio A130WE-7A Ready for UK Market Launch
Casio has officially confirmed that the A130WE-7A, part of its popular Vintage collection, will soon be available in the UK. Already launched in other European markets and the U.S., this silver-tone timepiece brings a distinct retro-futuristic aesthetic, blending nostalgic design with modern digital functionality.
Mid-March 2025 Release
The A130WE-7A will join two other Casio models—the A130WE-1AEF and A130WE-9AEF—which debuted in the UK in mid-March 2025. With its chrome-plated resin case, stainless steel band, and classic digital display, the watch continues Casio’s legacy of creating accessible yet feature-rich timepieces. The all-silver design gives it a sleek, vintage appeal suitable for casual and everyday wear.
Four Time Zone Functionality
Functionality is at the core of the A130WE-7A’s appeal. Users store between 1 to four time zones from various world cities (up to 31), toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats, and make use of features such as a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, and five daily alarms. A warm amber LED backlight enhances nighttime readability, and the watch includes a fully automatic calendar programmed until 2099.
Powering all this is a CR1616 battery rated for approximately three years of use. Casio has listed the A130WE-7A on its UK website as “Coming Soon,” with an official retail price of £59.90—the same as the black variant (A130WE-1AEF). An exact release date has yet to be announced, and it remains unclear if or when other models like the A130WEGG-1A will follow suit in the UK market.
- Alarms
- LED lighting

The GD010CE model also offers a quick-access feature to four registered cities for added convenience. However, both models are water-resistant up to 20 meters, making them suitable for daily wear rather than deep-water activities.
With its combination of durability, sustainability, and affordability, the GA-010 Series is a compelling choice for those who want a rugged yet eco-friendly timepiece.
