James Bond watches have always been a collector’s piece and it is very rare for a movie watch to come up for sale. The Omega Seamaster from 2021 No Time to Die is going to be coming up for auction in September as the ultimate collectors piece for Bond Super fans. Bond has always been known for his tech and the Omega Seamaster diver 300m 007 editions is a one of one that commemorates the 60 year anniversary of the 1962 movie Dr. No. Alongside the amazing watch is a series of other movie props including bond cars, tuxedos and more. All of the prop elements have been taken out of these pieces and the watch is a stripped down version that does not include a small saw or laser as other Bond watches have.

Even though it may not have any hidden secrets, the Seamaster Diver that was created for the film and worn by Daniel Craig will be hitting the auction floor at Christies. There are versions of the Seamaster diver 300m 007 edition that can be purchased through Omega dealers but they do not have the matte texture or pantina aging effect that makes this look like a vintage piece. The design does feature an entirely titanium shell, matte texture band and broad arrow motifs that are commonly seen on British military watches. The branding in minimized and the standard watch often fetches prices around $8000 from the factory new.

The design for this watch features a face that is completed in a brown with gold accents and an off silver titanium band. The look of the watch is rugged yet designed for luxury. There are minimal elements that tie the watch look into the 007 line of films apart from the caseback design and the iconic Omega military face. The 007 edition is a popular change on the already sought after Omega Seamaster and even the watches you can find through Omega dealers are bound to be hot items for a collection for Omega aficionados.

The 007 edition that is worn by Daniel Craig has a small 007 logo along the caseback which is one of a kind. It comes with a certificate of authenticity and a photo of Craig wearing the timepiece in the film. Most watches featured in James Bond films have sold quickly at auction and the estimate for this watch is set at $18,000-24,000. To place a bid on the watch, the easiest way is to go over to Christies auction house, sign up for an account and then place a bid in the online auction by Sept 28th when it closes.
